Under the guideline of our Party's fundamental policies, Deng Xiaoping's Theories, and the principle of "Three Represents" (the Communist Party of China representing the peoples' benefits in China) put forward by President Jiang Zemin, the CPC committee of Inner Mongolia University is seeking new ways and methods to improve the Party construction and ideological and political work while attaching importance to the teaching and research work as well as the construction of "Project 211", so as to train qualified socialist constructors and successors and to keep the overall situation of reform, development ,and stability unchanged. With reform as the guiding principle, more efforts shall be put into the task of training qualified cadres and building grass-roots Party committees so as to form a strong leading core.In this way, the Party members at the gress-roots level of the committee can better demonstrate their role in supporting the Party's policies and in leading other people. Thus ideological and political work will be carried out with enthusiasm, and ethical progress civilization will be highly developed. It has been proved through practice that only by strengthening the construction of the Party, can all the teaching staff be better united to overcome difficulties in the process of reform. This if successfully done, will guarantee the continuing development of the University.
